Sometimes you have days like this, you are still in the detox process
All people experience reactions to some degree. This is healing and changing.
Keep in mind that it is only temporary
Just try to rest well, meditate if possible, drink lots of water and do some healing sessions with yourself.
Grounding exercises can also help you, stand with bare feet on ground outside, connect to Mother Earth and ask your higher self to release all negative energies.
