Hello, I just new here and would like to have my 1st usui reiki attunement

*Want self-study note and lineage: yes

Sairam Agust,
With Almighty's abundant grace,Usui Reiki level 1 has been sent off.
To receive this Attunement sit in a chair, or lie down on your back, with limbs (arm/hands/legs/feet) not overlapping and say " With utmost gratitude to Almighty God, I am now going to receive Usui Reiki level I Attunement from Karthika Nair"
Or receive in the way you are guided to.
Allow the energy to flow for 10 to 15 minutes...or longer, if it continues to throb.Even if you do not feel anything, know that you are receiving.
Take some time to continue to rest awhile longer, so that the energy can work deeply.
For twenty one days, or longer if needed...... Drink plenty of water and other fluids to detox.Eat lightly, Get plenty of rest, Make quiet time for yourself each day.
Be prepared for your body to cycle through changes as it clears with the new energy. Some may feel like illness, so be gentle with yourself.
Try to avoid as much noise and stress as possible. Spend time in Nature and in walking, or movement of some type to help the body settle in the change.
Sit in daily meditation with the Reiki energy asking to learn, and also do some study to learn more.

thanks for the attunement, honestly i don;t feel anything, just like usual i meditate ( i always meditate every day even for 5-10 min ) . like always, i feel my fingers have some sort of energy when meditate ( is this reiki energy? )
but i knew i just receiving level 1 usui reiki.
can i request for level 2 in day or two please.

yesterday i meditate and going to bed. this morning i feel strange feeling on my crown till now actually and all body sweat.
my back not like usual, something that difficult to explain.
