Hello to all, I wish you well.

I would love to receive a Reiki Attunement for Level 1 if that would be possible:

I am not sure the best times for someone to do this but I am available all day today but if that is too soon just let me know Smiley

Also, some information about myself as this was my first post.  I am originally from the UK but now live in the UAE.  Just less than 1 year ago I started having Out of Body Experiences.  This lead me to look into other areas of spirituality which in turn lead me to both Meditation and Reiki.  I am literally only a beginner with Reiki so really looking forward to receiving an attunement (there doesnt seem to be many places in Abu Dhabi who offer these!) and getting started Smiley

Do I need to do anything and arrange a specific time with you or does this not matter?  I.e. do I need to lie down and wait or does it not matter if I am driving for example?

Usually it is believed that u may receive your attunement in the position you are most comfortable in...but i am not very sure driving on Abu Dhabi/Dubai roads is the best of options! Smiley

I will breifly tell you how i usually go about this....I like to sit up straight...if on the floor,then certainly on my mat....back straight.....get grounded...and slip into meditation.....
Get comfortable...receive the attunement for 10-15 mins and then maybe lie down for another 10-15 mins,for the body and chakras to absorb the energy fully and evenly... Smiley

BE SURE TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER TO DETOX..

as i send you the attunement,will send you the notes and lineage as well....take a look at the lineage....thank Almighty God for having chosen you as a channel and your guides,mentally,for helping you with this....do this before and after the attunement...

You may receive your attunement anytime today,21st Feb 2011 after 1400hrs,Abu Dhabi time.. Smiley

Is it possible to make it at 1500hrs abu dhabi time? I may be driving at 1400 - and I agree driving here (at any time) is dangerous!

Hello Karthika, this was amazing Smiley  I was meditating just before 1400 and was in a light trance.  Soon afterwards I had my trance broken by what felt like pulsing waves of energy going through my body and behind my eyelids in the blackness I could see pulsing shapes, like waves.  I then found it difficult to breath for a moment, well not difficult but it felt like I had to remember to breath as my mind was elsewhere!  This whole thing lasted for around 20 seconds I would say then it slowly moved away leaving me feeling like there was a small vibration in my whole body - as if someone was drilling the road up outside and the vibrations were being felt by me.
