Sai Ram Dheeraj,,

I think everything is going well.

I am going to meditate soon and may be at mid night.

For your kind information that I am feeling pressure in my naval area for the last few days.
same feeling was experienced during my previous self styled meditation.

I think it is related with attunement and healing Reiki suggestion. Is it?

I may not check my e-mail until Sunday evening.
