Hello

Thanks for the attunement, which i received today. I relaxed and felt a wave of what i would call pleasant energy up and down my body for a brief moment, the rest of the time i didn't feel anything apart from being very relaxed. For the rest of the day i've been super tired though so i'm going to get an early night.

I'm curious as to how to do self healing, where should i place my hands?
