Sit down, back straight either on a chair...with your feet firm on the ground or sit on a MAT on the floor cross-legged..or lie down...what ever position you are comfortable in.Relax.Concentrate....meditate for a 5-10 mins....and say to yourself...With gratitude to ALmighty ,i am now ready to receive Reiki level1 attunement from Karthika Nair,sent to me with the highest intent,for the good of all....the words u choose are not important...your intent..your feelings are....then wait...for a few moments...the energy will reach you...be in the same position for 10-15 mins more...let the energy get distributed to all your chakras ( energy centers )....
you might feel tingling in your palms,a feeling of warmth etc...different people experience different reactions...do let me know what you experienced....

Sairam Karthika, Have received the attunement. I felt some sensation in my fingers like little electric shocks for few seconds nothing much.  Just want to know if i can receive level 2 attunement next sunday and level 3 the next sunday of that. Thanks Sairam Jibran |
