I havenīt noticed anything about my emotions. But I sleept well the night after the attunement.
and Yes, I do have a bit of problems to let go. I want to be in charge. Thats me, but iīm working on it.

Yes, as I felt from you... You cannot get anything special about your emotions exactly cos... you can't let it go, cos... you want to be in charge. When you want to practice reiki healing on yourself and on the others you will do it better and better if you let it go, if you dont want to be in charge. Reiki energies are coming from the Divine Source, not from you, therefore by trying to be in charge and not letting it go you create mental blockages.
I have noticed that on average of people my opening... scares them or, better to say, make them ask how is this possible. How is possible to live totally opened without trying to take control over something (a thing or a situation) or someone?! Well, when we want to live by "being in charge" or when we can't "let it go" this comes from our Ego (Earthy) side, not from our Divine free and almighty side.
Ego exists in all of us, but is our own free choice to be the SLAVES of our ego (Ego means selfishness, fear, anxiety, need to control, need to be important, to feel as a victim or to feel as a hero, etc) or to set our self free from any other power.
Ego is that human side that makes a man think "I am someone who can fix everything, or who can have everything under control and only this way my life will be okey and fine".
Well, for healing, as much we let our ego aside SURRENDERING TO THE DIVINE SOURCE, as more the healing process will go better and stronger.
As I already said, we do not have any merrit in healing more than just by being a "channel" by using our Love and Intent to heal someone.
And we all need to learn HOW IS TO LOVE, HOW IS TO BE LOVED and which is the difference between ORDINARY (CONDITIONED) LOVE that comes from our Ego, and DIVINE (UNCONDITIONAL) LOVE.
A mother's love for her child is UNconditional, cos indifferent if her child is alike a devil or alike a saint, she will always love her child, even without the need to forgive! No matter if her child becomes a thief or an eminent researcher in atomic physics, she will always love him! A mother will love her child even the child will always be beside her, helping her and loving her, or even her child will act as a jerk, being cruel on her, lyeing her and abandoning her.
The single difference in a mother's soul will be just that she will feel pride and hapiness and joy for the child who choosen the RIGHT PATH (LIGHT) and a deep pain and frustration for the child who chosen the BAD PATH (DARK). But her love will be ENDLESS AND UNCONDITIONAL and she will always love all her kids no matter what!
In healing we are not supposed to INVOLVE ourselves with the patient's OWN problems. We need to protect ourselves from this to be able make the right thing. To LOVE the patient (any patient) means to feel that the intent to help him comes straight from your own heart, means to offer your high attention, without making any difference between people. The patient will feel your LOVE AND CARE just by that and you can do the best job for him.
We should not repress our own emotions nor to let them rule us. We should take our emotions just as NORMAL as we feel thirsty (and to be thirsty isnt it something bad or scary, aint it?! is something normal in our daily life!).
