According to the personal experience, as I perform reiki healing sessions on my mom, I have noticed that reiki can normalize the heart beats and the blood pressure.

That time my mom had 240/110 mmHg high blood pressure and her heart beat rating was 98.
As my mom does not really have patience to accept hands-on healing, I asked her if she wants to accept reiki healing by distance. She said yes.

So from the next room I sent her reiki for a maximum of 30 minutes. I could sence her energies through my own hands and body, also the strong flow through my own chanels to hers. After the end of the session I went to her bedroom and re-checked her heart beats rate and highblood pressure and... wow!

Her heart beat rate got from 98 to 67; and the blood pressure lowered from 240/110 to 150/84 !!! She also fell asleep and the next day she said she did not wake up during the night and in the morning she felt energized and rested.

Also, as said above, the low blood pressure responds to reiki healing either. This is something tested not just on myself.

Therefore it was proven that reiki healing can alter the heart beats, the blood pressure, also the emotions, pains, etc, by re-balancing/regulating the person's specific natural inner balance, bringing so much comfort, inner harmony and energy to the one in need!

Just practicing selfhealing regularly, if it's possible daily (being of utmost importance) and healing on the others we can start become selfconfident and learn to "sence"/"read" the body's subtle energetical messages to us.
