 Words have power.
The power of your spoken words is even greater than the thoughts you allow to run through your mind.
Every word you speak is a decree of manifestation. Consequently, you must be vigilant over your speech.
Just because you are not focusing on your manifestation work doesn’t mean that you are not doing manifestation work.
Positive affirmations produce positive results.
For example, if you want to heal a broken leg, phrase your affirmation and prayer without saying, “I am now healing my broken leg.”
It would be better to say, “My leg is now powerful, healed and whole.”
The reference to the negative image can have a negative effect on the subconscious mind.
The subconscious mind has no reasoning and will manifest anything that is put into it, so let only the positive in.
From the laws of manifestation Some more examples:
* All my chakra’s are now spinning in the right direction, at the right speed and are on the right frequency.
(you can use the same for each chakra if you do them one by one)
* I am 100% powerful, whole and complete within myself
* I am 100% powerful, loving, centered and balanced at all times.
* Every day in every way I am getting stronger and healthier

Thank you Bjorn for this info !
I also try 2 say a affirmation each day, out loud for 5-10 minutes.
Not only the words have power, but when you say it with intention, with a positive feeling
and try it also to visualise it, then the affirmation get`s very strong, very powerfull.
The mind will try 2 take control again with other thoughts, so you have 2 keep it up saying, ingnore what comes 2 mind.
@ first it will take much practice, our mind is a great trickster.

I would like to add something from Master Kuthumi about-
On Decreeing
"As the student places their attention on God, the energy going forth from the Heart to God creates a figure eight flow. This has been known for some time, that where the attention is placed, not only does your energy flow, but the return current comes back to its source. And so you connect with the figure eight flow wherever your attention is placed.
When you are giving the Calls, the Affirmations and Decrees with a figure eight flow of your attention to the Being of God within you, and there is also a corresponding figure eight flow that occurs where the energy and Light is propelled, this creates a squaring or a fourfold action. So, not only is there one figure eight flow between you and your God Presence, there is another between you and the object of your Decrees. When you consider that the focal point of your Heart is the nexus between both figure eight patterns, the Heart - where the Threefold Flame of your God Presence resides - then also becomes part of a triangle or trinity.
