I run it anytime my pc is on to give healing to mother earth.You can use it on yourself to keep you in the light everyday.The intent of the person who made the software was to provide healing and protection whenever needed.But i noticed the healing to mother earth was more effective than healing yourself,i don't know y ,i guess thats how the software was made.I feel energy when giving healing to myself,i feel more energy when giving healing to mother earth.Just leave it on anytime your pc is on.Its worth trying even if you don't feel anything.
