If you feel anger, always ask what your self is trying to teach you. It is a false belief that is looking to be addressed.. ie lack, fear, etc.  Always look for the lesson.

Namaste.

getting angry towards  a weak person is not worth it because he cannot do any thing about it and he is hurt because of ur action  and getting angry towards a stronger person and express it towards him  will give him a chance to hurt u   so  bothways the angry person is the loser apart from  the damage it costs you ur health

What I get angry about, most often, is if I feel taken advantage of or carrying more than my share. Then, I see that I really get angry with myself for letting that happen, but I still get angry to stop the person from taking advantage, hahaha!
