One of the most uses affirmations is this:
Everyday in every way, I'm getting better and better and better !
Chanting this in third eye for 10 mins before sleep or 10 min after wake up in morning is very good..

Focous on your 3rd eye, then chant the affirmation!
( Better to be in Alpha state of mind while you chanting it! )
