Says Master Lynda "I was Anorexic as a kid. I had to go to MANY clinic appointments while growing up to deal with my weight. I,physically couldn't stomach much. I do remember my Mum especially staying with me in the kitchen at meal times. I wasn't allowed to leave the table until most of the small portion was gone. They would re-heat it in the microwave loads. I would then 'throw up'. It was tough growing up.
Finally at age 28, just before getting fixed braces I gained 2 stone in a week. Dealing with my weight has been a life long struggle, but I'm now REALLY happy with my weight.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Mentally say once: “I will now receive weight Gain Attunement from Karthika Nair”. This will start the attunement and it will last for 25-30 minutes. I want to ask you same as Kumri... I have issues reducing the weight...I gain weight so easily...Am I eligible for this attunement...
Dear Karthika ,
Is there any weight loss reiki as well? I am a bit over weight ,have tries several times to reduce but all in vain.

Dear Karthika  Thank you for Weight Gain Reiki attunement. I felt very calm, relaxing energy. Peaceful course attunement. Wave energy 3 x after 10 minutes. Attunement lasted 30 minutes. sairams karthikaji...thank you for the weight gain reiki.the energy was gradually increasing from slight pricking sensations over hands and feet to heaviness all over the body.i felt as if some weight has been kept over my abdomen..later on chest..all over...it lasted for quite some time i fell asleep..i woke up still feeling as if i have something ...i couldnt move..then i felt relaxed.sent healings to earth and the living beings on it.thank you anamika

Thank you for the beautiful attunement..there was a huge surge of very warm energy sorrounding me throughout the attunement.. the was some weight lifted off my stomach chakra and I felt very light and cool in stomach after the attunement.. there was some uncomfort feeling for which i heard a 'let it go' voice in my head...
Feeling very cool and light after the attunement...
