Receiving the attunement:Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Mentally say once: “I will now receive the Bear Reiki Attunement from Karthika Nair”. This will start the attunement and it can last upto 25-30 minutes. Once the attunement procedure is done, it is highly recommended that you keep your position another 15 –20 minutes (or more if you like). This will give the increased flow of the energy to be able to get distributed and absorbed evenly within the energy system.

Dearest Karthi Thank you so much for Bear Reiki. After I called down, energy came down and placed on my root chakra. And a few minutes, it filled my root chakra. Then walked up to sacral and navel. I found myself in a very peacefula dn relaxed state. Stayed in this manner for more few minutes to keep theta state and then fell asleep. I enjoy energy much. Thanks again. Much Love .. |

With gratitude to Almighty and respect to Original founder & Karthika sister,Many blessings to Mother earth.
I received the Bear reiki attunement as a pleasant and warm energy.I saw a White polar bear standing in the snow,then Scandanavian bear,black bear,black brown bear,Panda and the a Koala bear.Their energies were different from heavy,light and warm soothing.These 6 bears form a circle and i am standing in the middle of the circle,it looks like we are waiting for the Great bear to arrive.......
The great bear in the sky becomes an outline and a white ray of light shines on my crown & palms.
Then a white and soft pink light surrounds me and i receive a bear hug.
Very calming and beautiful attunement.
