Receiving the attunement:Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Mentally say once: “I will now receive the St. Germain & Raphael Prosperity Empowerment on Reiki Attunement from Karthika Nair”. This will start the attunement and it can last upto 25-30 minutes. Once the attunement procedure is done, it is highly recommended that you keep your position another 15 –20 minutes (or more if you like).
