Thank you for the warm attunement... felt the energy giving soft kisses in the hand chakra ...and it spread over to heart chakra for a brief time...the energy enveloped me from crown and around me..I saw a symbol like Baba's sarva dharma symbol..

Thank you for sending the attunement.I have tried to receive it twice,didnot feel anything both times.I am not sure if i received it or not.

Hi Karthika
I called in for attunement of spirit hugs. I could not feel anything special except for one thing. My left thigh constantly gets a chilled feeling now at regular intervals. I cannot understand what does this indicate :-)

sairam karthiji...sorry i was a bit late to recieve the spirit hugs.it was very light..i took it last night ..i felt tingling over palms...a gentle dizzyness ...it was there but i couldnt experience much..is it that i took it late???pl suggest,thank you very much..anamika

Sairam dearest Anamika..........I will tell you how i used to receive attunements and now, how i practice it.......
For me Reiki / Cosmic energy is a blessing and protection and priority NOT an option........Reiki i do when i am fresh and relaxed....not when i have done everything else and have nothing better to do... 
I start my day wz Reiki,because i feel protected and IT sees me and my loved ones through the day... ....I do Reiki as and when i can find even 10 mins for myself........it rejuvenates me and gears me up...
The more Reiki i do,the more this Cosmic energy takes over my life.............sorting out all issues,in It's wake,for me...
I can only guide.......to apply or not is a choice......
have sent the manual wz deepest love,blessings and prayers.....
