How To Receive Any Initiation/ Attunement /Empowerment

"It is important that you achieve the right mind to receive the initiation and feel the energy of the I am Presence, Angels etc. You can do this by allowing yourself to achieve a beautiful relaxed state. If you prefer, you can ask someone to be with you. I have included this meditation for you to follow during your attunements to assist in this process.

This meditation is for adult purposes only and is intended as a guide, you can alter the meditation to suit your own needs and requirements.

· Prepare yourself by going to a place where you will not be disturbed for 30 - 45 minutes. Switch off your telephone and mobile phone and ask people around you not to disturb you.

· Turn off the lights or pull the curtains (allowing just a very weak light inside the room), and if you wish, light a few candles or incense and play some relaxing meditation style music in the background.

· Just before the appointed time for your connection, make yourself comfortable and relax your whole body and mind.

· Sit down in a comfortable chair with your uncrossed feet touching the floor and your hands resting on your legs with the palms facing upwards. Then close your eyes and breathe deeply and slowly several times just relax and try not to think about anything other than the attunement process if you can help it. The most important thing is to be comfortable and enjoy your attunement.

· Relax your body. Take seven deep, slow breaths, feeling the air move not only through the lungs but through your whole body.

· With each breath you take picture yourself as a tree firmly rooted to the ground, as you breathe in,you breathe in the energy of the earth, the energy that sustains all living things.

· At the appointed time state either outloud or silently:

“Whole of my aura and my energy vibration connect and harmonize perfectly with "sender's name" now......"

· Wait a moment, feel the powerfull energetic connection between sender and sent.

· Affirm:
“I am now ready to receive .. . (example: reiki attunement). . . level .. . that is being sent to me by " sender's name" perfectly . . . ”

· Allow the connection and initiation. The connection and initiation should run for between 30 - 45 minutes although this time can vary from person to person. Try to keep your heart and mind as open as possible, so you can perceive the changes around you and within yourself.
You may feel energy moving around you or see colors, which are difficult to describe in words.

· Sensations of warmth or shivering, seeing colors, feeling a certain chakra, and experiencing deep inner peace and relaxation are all possibilities, as is experiencing nothing at all. Everyone's attunement will be different, but nonetheless perfect for that person. Remember that you are safe and protected during the entire process and that any attunement energies you receive are a lifetime gift from the Divine/God/Spirit (or whatever term you feel most comfortable with).

· After you have sensed the connection has ended, thank God, Spirit and Archangels for being with you and gracing you with their presence. Ask that we may all work closely with the Angels and let ourselves be guided on the right path. Send love and light from your heart, to the Angels
and the Earth ".
