"Once you have been attuned to this reiki system you are ready to start having fun. Just place your hands on a flower, tree, crystal, or rock and say " Flowers, trees, crystals, and rocks reiki on." Now talk to the flower, tree, ect. Say things like: I am sharing my energy and love with you; thanks for sharing your love, energy, and wisdom with me; I want to become more loving. The energy you feel will be very wonderful. Say, "Thanks for raising my vibration and for opening my 3rd, 4th, and 5th dimensional chakras as I love you Gaia"---This can be super cool. Say, "Now raise your energy 3 times that you are giving me and raise my light quotient 3 times"--Your light quotient is the amount of light you can hold—This is cool to. Say, "Thanks for activating my gifts and for sharing your light codes with me." It can take about 2-3 minutes to feel lots of energy and about 7 minutes for large trees. This energy is very healing and will fill you with love. Sit on a large rock and place your hands on it, and say " Flowers, trees, crystals, and rocks reiki on."Now talk to it and have fun. Try this on a Jack Pine tree, Ginko tree, or old growth tree, and the largest and oldest trees you can find---You can experience oneness with all things.
When you are done with a tree of flower keep one hand on it and place your other hand on a tree or flower for several seconds and now place both hands on the new flower or tree and say " Flowers, trees, crystals, and rocks reiki on." You will feel the energy turn on very fast with this method. All the different species (varieties) of trees and flowers has their own special healing gift for us so have fun becoming a bumble bee and visit all the different flowers and trees, ect. After you have visited several flowers and trees you can now tell all the flowers and trees to shower you with their love. This feels cool.While in the water at a lake, ocean, or river say," Flowers, trees, crystals, and rocks reiki on." Now talk to the water. Remember that sand is also Gaia so try this while you are playing in the sand.
After you have been attuned for two weeks and have worked with this energy you are ready to attune others."

Receiving the attunement:

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Mentally say once: “I will now receive the Gaia attunement from Raymond Trussoni”. This will start the attunement and it can last upto 25-30 minutes. Once the attunement procedure is done, it is highly recommended that you keep your position another 15 –20 minutes (or more if you like). This will give the increased flow of the energy to be able to get distributed and absorbed evenly within the energy system.
Or, you can receive attunement the way you like or in a position you feel comfortable with.
