I've called all three attunements (once in a day), I've felt meditative state in I Level and felt sleepy in II and III Leve.
May please send the Manual for further reference.

At the first one, my root chakra and my face were vibrating.It was energizing.At the second one and third one,energy were gentle but refreshing. I enjoyed them much. I felt tingling sensations in my body while the attunement
i also felt cooling senation in my teeth
it last for about 25 minutes
