 Grand Master Lynda Ward's Chronic Pain Relief Reiki on 20th Oct 2011 This system can be used for a wide variety of health conditions where there is chronic pain involved. Health problems such as: Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Slipped/Herniated/Ruptured Disk,Fibromyalgia, Arthritis etc........ This system was created 'to give instant relief from Chronic Pain'.

This will start the attunement and it can last upto 25-30 minutes. Once the attunement procedure is done, it is highly recommended that you keep your position another 15 –20 minutes (or more if you like). This will give the increased flow of the energy to be able to get distributed and absorbed evenly within the energy system.
Or, you can receive attunement the way you like or in a position you feel comfortable with.
