 Autism Reiki on 14th July 2011Manual by Master Lynda WardThis system was created for all those that score high on Autism Spectrum tests (those that may have an Autism Spectrum Disorder) or have actually been diagnosed with Autism/Aspergers. Autism Spectrum Disorders such as Autism/Aspergers/PDD-NOS/Rett Syndrome etc are all psychological conditions characterized by widespread abnormalities of social interactions and communication, as well as restricted interests and repetitive behaviour. Being a Spectrum thing, every sufferer is different. Reiki helps a great deal for relaxation/de-stressing/sleep problems/anxieties & fears/tight muscles/headaches/stomach pains etc.......
Autism/Aspergers are known as children's illnesses. Some adults however remain undiagnosed.

Receiving attunement: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, preferably in the out and mentally say once: “I will now receive, Autism Reiki from Karthika .” This will start the attunement and it will last for 12 –15 minutes. The attunement procedure is done, but it is highly recommended that you keep your position another 10 – 25 minutes (or more if you like). This will give the increased flow of the energy a chance to more rapidly become distributed and absorbed into your energy system.
Or, you can receive attunement the way you like or in a position you feel comfortable.
After every attunement do self-healing and increase water intake to detox.
Feedback is expected and would be appreciated.
