I have taken the attunement yesterday. The energy was very gental. I sennse the energy at back of my heart chakra and was flowing through crown chakra. I also seen the violet colour while in the process. As soon as start I felt the experience same as i am meditating. After some time I fall asleep.

thank you for this attunement. when i called this energy, it felt light and soft but i could tell that softness was powerfull. they say in my style of tai chi (li style), through softness is the only way to find true power. and use this expression that i love "seek to move a thousand tones with a feather"
