What is feedback and How should a feedback be?

A need has been aroused to clarify that what a feedback is and how feedbacks should be.
I am sure this topic will be helpful for all members who receive attunements.
A little enough time is needed to observe experiences during attunement and so feedbacks will be more satisfying, detailed and appreciated.
I am sure our each valuable member who receive attunements will give care on this topic and it will be clarified how feedbacks should be.

We receive detailed and wonderful feedbacks and hope to receive more. And I believe this topic will be beneficial for this. I will try to help and explain as much as I can do.

Feedbacks are vital important to observe the effects of the energy and important to bring and share new systems with you in more efficient manner. You're not expected to write two words to receive the manual of the course.
We expect and request you to share your experiences, your real feelings, observations during your attunement.
I hope anyone don't think their feedback is overlooked or ignore.
Your each feedback is read one by one by all moderators and each of them are so valuable for us.

But however understanding on this feedbacks issue is requested and please take care the points that will be explained. I am sure, you will benefit.

Firstly, let's explain the meaning of feedback and then discuss what is feedback or not and after then how feedbacks should be.
Feedback is the way of sharing experiences that you experienced during your attunement.
Sensations of energies, strength or softness, effects of energy on you, your feelings during and after attunement, colours, visions or other sensations (if you had) while receiving your attunement.
These are the structures of a required, healthy and satisfying feedback.
Well, what responses are not feedbacks? Let's discuss on this topic. Here is a few general examples that are hoped to be helpful.

"I received attunement. Thank you."
"Energy was strong. Thank you for attunement."
"I felt attunement in a gentle way. Thanks."
"I felt energy on my palm and crown and great feeling on body.Thank you."
"I felt energy soft and made me feel relaxed. And pressure on ajna.Thanks."
"Energy enveloped my body and warmness on palms.Thank you."

Yes, last ones seems much like a feedback but unfortunately not. Because there is no detail and no explanation. And no information how that situation is developed and experienced.
I will try to give some tips about feedbacks while you will do in your attunements so it will be clarifed and understood better what I mean. And you will easily observe the work of energy on you while receiving your attunement and your feedbacks will be more satisfying about your experience.

- After you called down your attunement, how did energy come and on which part of you did it start to work?

- Then which parts on your body, chakras (or your aura) did energy worked? Did it stay on a part more?

- How was energy? ( Powerful, soft, gentle, a colourful light, no feelings on power, warm, cold, etc.. )

- Which feelings did you experience? ( Emotionally clearing, a feeling like your body lifting, softness, a bad feeling, peacefulness, seeing old memories, an energy flowing through body, aura or a body part, etc.. )

- Did you receive any visions, colours, sounds or something else and felt any presence of a being ( a guide, angel, power animal, ascended master, fairy or a being that you didn't decide what it is ) near you during your attunement?

- How many minutes did your attunement last?

- After your attunement, which feelings did you experience on you? ( Peacefulness, serenity, headache, heaviness, emptiness, drained, refreshed, uplifted, energic, sleepy, nothing, etc.. )

I hope these points will be helpful for all and you will take care and benefit these tips on your observations and finally on your feedbacks.

Regards ..

Great guide dear Sri. Baris.  It not only is a guidance for giving out information, but also one telling how one should take attunements. Be observant and  be a witness to the happening and report back.  The feedbacks are a guide to the Masters also.

Of course, some people may not "feel" anything. They probably could say so.

Lots of love,
Sairams.

Very instructive your article Sir Baris. Reading it I looked at my feedbacks and we compared the situations presented also known in some situations.
I will present my findings on feedback.
In order to provide good feedback requires that the person have some experience in this field, you can capture details such as those mentioned by you, have a very good attention and a awakened consciousness somewhat.
There are people who can say they did not feel anything, that does not mean that nothing happened but that the perception of the person is lower. If energy is more subtle. Can I say that in some cases I fall into this category.
Another case is that of people who will say a lot but have no connection with the attunement. This is the case of people who have a vivid imagination, especially read a lot beforehand about the expected results.
Anyway, I hope to obtain and opinions of others regarding this aspect, very important step in attunement process. In this way those who are in the beginning but the most advanced to benefit from the experiences of others.
Blessings.

I guess many people may not understand the meaning of "feedback".

What is being looked for is the person's experience during the entire attunement session.

If one really goes through the attunements properly and received it with a grateful heart, one will definitely experience something. That is what feedback will be. A personal experience with the attunement that you are receiving.

If one is lazy or indifferent to share an experience, then i doubt one will practice the system sincerely after attunement.

The sharing of one's experience is a gesture of gratitude to the person who offered the attunement.

Personally, the sharing of experience also encourages the person offering attunements. It encourages them to offer more and share more.

Imagine if you keep giving someone a gift and they never say thank you or show appreciation, how would you feel.

During the registration for an attunement, you would have agreed to share feedback after an attunement.
By giving an feedback, you show your sincerity to receiving the attunement.

I do understand the frustrations of the moderators. They are keeping the forum running at the own personal time, and giving their own personal time to share and prepare all these lovely attunements.

In return, they ask not much, but just a feedback on the experience of the attunement Smiley

May Love and Light always be with you.
May you always be guided to the right path.

Many blessings

Some personal reflections on feedback.
Why ask my students feedback?
1) Because I want to check if I am able to send them what we intend to transmit
2) Because I want to know what they understood of what I taught them ..
Feedback is a form that both parties, teacher and student, progressing together.

I have noted that the difficulties in providing feedback to help both sides are due to either:
1) lack of experience, students do not know how to do
2) lack of interest, students do not realize the importance of this part of the learning process
3) shame (if I make a fool), lack of trust (my opinion is insignificant, others do not want to kidnap them out with my opinions), self devaluation (look what feedbacks are others, my experience is inferior or repeat as I said the other, etc.)
4) malicious selfishness (it is my experience and do not want to share with anyone)
