My husband's little dog is not doing well. his bowel movement was full of blood tonight. Juan said he would not eat today. Vomited up grass earlier this evening. Yesterday, he seemed ok eating and drinking water.
The wind was great last weekend and Donnut got hit by a post last weekend while Juan was placing post for a fence last weekend. He was eating, drinking and going to work with Juan everyday, we thought he was out of danger.
I told Juan to get him to the Vet asap in am. The little dog i a Jack Russel Terrier named "Donnut". They live in DeBerry, Texas, USA.
This little guy brought my baby to me after I lost my beautiful Shortsy. He is my husband's shadow, going to work with him and not letting him out of his sight.
Please send any energy that can be spared.

Thank you, one and all!
We got Donnut to the Vet this am. No broken bones nor fractures were found. Around 11am the Vet contacted Juan with this news and said he was going to start taking blood work.
By 1pm, the Vet called and said he was 90% sure Donnut had been poisoned with rat poison. They hooked him up to IVs, began flushing his system and giving him Potassium. At this time, the Vet said he was lethargic and it would take 48 hrs flushing his system to see if he was able to come out from under this poison.
Also, there was some blood in Donnut's urine, which had the doctor concerned.
Juan went to see him after work and said he was standing up and knew who Juan was. Juan left a bath towel in the cage with Donnut to have his scent. According to Juan, Donnut was happy to see him. Finally, I was able to breathe a sigh of relief. Juan will be going back to see him in the am.
Donnut was fine Thursday morning when they went to work. Around 7, 7:30am Donnut went out around the parked cars checking them out. By 9 am, Donnut returned to the shop vomitting ( I am not sure if this had grass this time). He drank very little and refused all food. Once they arrived home, I know Juan stated Donnut was throwing up grass and had blood in his BM. Donnut was walking around but there was another bloody BM b4 bedtime. I talked with Juan at 10pm and insisted Donnut be taken to Vet by 7:30am.
When I spoke with Juan again around 8:30, Juan said that the staff had said the doctor would be in at 8:30 and would call as soon as he knew something.
I appreciate everyone's prayers and Reiki energy sent to Donnut. I don't know if Donnut would have made it this far without your generous help. I will update again tomorrow as soon as I know more.
Thank you, Andrey, Raju, Sanling_Shines, Oliver, bksrinath and dearest Dheeraj! Without your immediate reponses, I don't know if Donnut would have made it through the night, much less to have been so responsive when Juan saw him after work.
Dearest Kari, your prayers and energy is always very powerful for me. When I saw that darling picture, I was able to visualize Donnut's head cupped in your hands. I love that picture. I believe Donnut stands a good chance of surviving thanks to the quick and generous response from you, Dheeraj, and all of my Reiki Path family.

Healing and lots or Reiki energy for Donnut. My Tali loves reiki and her hip is much better since I give her reiki and she comes looking for it and puts her hip close to my hands as soon as it hurts.

All are so wonderful! Thank you Kari, Dheeraj, aish_warya, Baris, Bksrinath, oliver.akpan, Sanling_Shines, Raju, Andrey, angelsartist, Lindy for your prayers and healing energies. I cannot thank you enough as I was so worried about Donnut. And because of your help, I have the following update:
Donnut is home as of yesterday late afternoon, slept well last night and went to work with Juan today. Juan said everyone in the shop, dispatcher's ofc and others there around greeted Donnut and welcomed him back! The owner of the company said there was no reason for any poison to have been on the premises.
After dinner, Donnut went to bed, tired I am sure from his first day back at work. Also, Juan said there was some meds he gives Donnut 3 times a day, not sure for how long.
Thanks to all for your loving energies. I have no doubt Donnut would not be with us today, if not for everyone's loving energy to surround him with love and warmth.
My holiday, I will be thankful for all my babies with an extra thank you for Donnut being with us and all of my wonderful Reiki family here at Reiki Path.
Will post again on Donnut's progress after the holiday.
