My mother has been down since her surgeries for her disc hernia in her neck and lower back.
She gets upset because she knows that she doesn't have as much energy as before, and she can't do the exercises she wants at the gym.
She still has pain in her neck and back also.
Her name is Sabera.

for some strange reason i had been thinking of your mother Sabera,a couple of days back and have been including her in my prayers...i remember ur previous post,after her surgery,requesting for healing.....

Thank you so much. My mother can not lift heavy things, and just the other day, she was lifting something, (she thought she was capable, as the pain subsided), yet the pain came again in her neck and lower back.
