I think it is a great action to do "Giving and Receiving" A law of universe. Some people are new and not really confident enough to send out energy.
We can also ask them to "pray" or "send loving thought" That's all of us can contribute something.

Sending energy to the RP Grid and Mother Earth is exactly how you would send Reiki to anything or anyone else.Either by intent or Chi ball.You would know by instinct which method works for you.
