Fellow RP Family and Lightworkers, Good Karma does not magically clear bad karma. What it does instead is help shift a person's energy so they can respond better to the karma they have been given to deal with in this lifetime. It can also work to mitigate karma to make the lesson easier to learn without the addition of unnecessary suffering. There Law of Karma is always a cause and effect. Sending reiki healing energy to the reservoir so that others can receive as and when they need.

I fail to understand why only a very few members respond to healing request.
Is there any particular reason?
While on the other hand a very good number of members respond to attunement offers.
May be they respond to healing request silently. Well thats good.

Maybe one reason is the time difference..
I am sending my Love and Healing Powers many times during the day, I don´t need to use words for that. I am the one who is responding silently.

Hi Dhyana, I guess what Aroon meant was that there are not many people requesting for healing on RP. However, there are many people requesting for attunements!! I believe there should be a balance between people requesting for attunements and requests for healing! Maybe we should expand the ideas of healing. It should not be limited to only physical healing. There are many types of healing required. We can request for physical healing, emotional, relationship, financial, situation healing...etc! Healing should and is not limited to physical only. IMO, at one point of time we do need healing. Requesting for healing does not mean one is weak with Reiki. I just means we are human! Why do we request for a feedback??? I guess it helps us to gauge and let us know what we are doing is correct. Hence, we should continue to do so. And to feedback so we know what is right and wrong, and changes made! When we get an attunement, i do not believe it is just for fun! It is because we want to be able to help others. Yes, we can do self-healing, but when we receive the healing from many, we would be very blessed. When a member post request for healing, it is two fold blessing! On one hand the person requesting gets Reiki healing (blessing ), and the person sending gets to practice sending Reiki ((hence, making them more sensitive to energy works) blessing) Therefore, we encourage members to put forth their healing request, as we hope to be of assistance. hello, some people might not feel confident and it might take years of practise until you can sent reiki...
I posted before somewhere to have reiki sent, I clearly felt many, many more people sending reiki, than actually posting...

Even if you do not use Reiki you can send your love, good wishes and prayers

I loved what Asu said COMPASSION. I think that is the key. To show compassion, we cannot do it quietly, we need to show it, it is an act of compassion. Since, we are not physically there, our words represent us. Therefore, like Asu noted...it is a way to show that we care for each other! Every time you perform an act of compassion, you change your own karma.. This is a law.. I have to say I have responded to a few people who have requested healing, but I have also offered healing (in a separate posting) and since then I have a few people send me private messages requestin healing which of course I send with Love and Blessings, the way it should be!
I too notice there are not a lot of people who do respond, it seems to be the same ones every time, so maybe we should have a separate message board and do it as a Reiki Share, whereby one week a couple of people, the next week another couple and so on so everyone has a chance to share.
I have only become aware of this message board as Xian brought it to my attention, but (I'm sorry if this comes across the wrong way) but I have welcomed people, I have sent healing when requested and when I am on I tend to try and look for new messages regarding both of these, I have also done a couple of attunements and a self-attunement, but I am being made to feel I don't contribute? I apologise if this is not the case, but in the message that is how it came across.
But I think if we can come up with some way of making it possible for everyone who has been attuned to send healing to requests, or have a moderator just for those posts who can then send a message to others??

Dear xian, sent me a message so I have a chance to look at the topic. I'm in another city at my mothers house now. Dear Aroon and friends wonder why people request healing and not send back to some people...Yes there must be a giving-receiving equality in our lives. But i dont think it means "we send reiki so that someone should send others". It's not an agreement, it must be sent like a gift without thinking that person will send others or not. Because people must have the free will.
For example, I am not feeling myself like as the right time to attune someone or send reiki oftenly. Yes I want it so much, I think of people, sometimes send, but mostly I feel like "heal" myself first. If I am not well, how can I be helpfull for people? My master first teached this to me, so I saw that it's right. If I'm ok, I can be more helpful to other people. If I love myself, I can love everyone. If I help myself, If I heal myself I can do that for everyone, because I get able to do it.
You can say, another way of healing yourself is just heal others. Yes that is a way too. I am thinking about it. But I'm mostly trying to get over things in myself, in my life. There is right time to begin everything.
If you say I should send reiki if I request attunement as a rule, so I should not write my name, because when I'm not sending now (it does not mean I won't send or use for people's good for all my life, I think it's time will come) It means I'm badly using this site or receving and giving nothing? If the situation is that, so I can work and pay for what I receive so that everything will be equal maybe...
Healing or praying must be like a gift, giving with love and freely. Compassion is not related with what I mean, it can be shown with a nice word and that can be enough...

Was wandering how can we get more people involved in sending Reiki to those who request healing on the board. Thanks Xian for msg ...i guess the main reason could be holidays ... that's y only few members replied to this post ... for me this was only reason (holidays  ) when i saw ur msg and i reached here .. and for attunements everybody receive a personal msg .. so directly they post a reply .. either we sholud not get personal msg for Attunement or we should get every post in our mail box then every body will be aware .. for every post .. i never felt like that ..that people only reply to Attunements not to other post ... becoze whenever i request for healing i receive so many replies .. please Aroonji dont feel like that .. Hi, I just received reiki healing energy. I had surgery yesterday. My pain is minimal and I feel good. I know I received alot of healling energy. Thank you for that. I did not realize about posting until xian sent an email. I read all these posts. I myself have sent energy to help others many times. I never posted that I did. It never occurred to me to do that. I also only recently explored the whole reiki site and found this section. I was amazed at all that is here. Perhaps others have not explored the whole site, or send energy but don't post that they sent energy. Anyway, I am very grateful and will post when I send energy from now on. Thanks.  |
