My Beloved Friends, this understanding of developing a "full consciousness" is a revolutionary new understanding for the Aquarian Age!
Most people on the Spiritual path focus on Spiritual enlightenment or learning how to channel, Soul travel, achieve initiations, anchor Chakras, anchor Lightbodies, psychic development, the development of esoteric and occult knowledge which is all on the Heavenly Realm!

However, of equal importance is developing a "full consciousness" and doing one's Spiritual mission, puzzle piece in the Divine Plan on Earth! These are the three great lessons of the Spiritual path: Spiritual enlightenment, full consciousness, and the fulfillment of one's Spiritual mission and puzzle piece on Earth.
Most Lightworkers and Spiritual leaders focus on the first one, and some focus on the third; however, most do not. The second one of developing "full consciousness" is the great blind spot in the New Age Movement and world! So the key question is what does this term the development of "full consciousness" mean? It is one of the most important Spiritual ideals and concepts you will ever come across and after 50 years of living on this Earth, this is the first time I have ever heard it talked about in any book, lecture, seminar, workshop or anywhere!

The development of "full consciousness" is a crucial ingredient to passing your initiations, achieving Lightbodies, anchoring Chakras, doing your Spiritual mission on Earth, becoming the Christ, the Mighty I AM Presence and becoming an Integrated Ascended Master! There are many lenses for understanding this new Spiritual ideal for the Aquarian Age in balance with the Spiritual and Earthly aspects of enlightenment! In truth, one could say there are three levels of enlightenment! In the New Age Movement and the Eastern world most believe the achievement of one aspect makes them an Integrated Ascended Master, this is in truth self-delusion and self-deception! The achievement of only one aspect makes one nothing more than a fragmented disintegrated being!
I have to tell you I absolutely love this term "full consciousness," I really think it is totally revolutionary and cutting-edge. The profundity of the I AM University is that it teaches and trains you to achieve Spiritual enlightenment, full consciousness and enlightenment of how to fulfill your Spiritual mission and puzzle piece on Earth.
Most of you know what Spiritual and Earthly enlightenment are for I have spoken about this a great deal in my books, correspondence courses and articles on the website. However, on this day of our Lord I would like to give a precise and clear definition of what is the development of a "full consciousness!
This is an incredibly exciting Spiritual ideal and concept! The development of a "full consciousness" must be explained in a multi-faceted way. The first is, it is a consciousness that is developed on all Seven Chakra levels, which means you have developed the Spiritual / Christ / Buddha / Krishna / Moses / Mohammed / God / Goddess Qualities in your consciousness to open your Seven Seals and Chakras, and turned them into Seven Golden Candlesticks or Churches!
Secondly, it is the development of all Seven Rays and their corresponding qualities!
The development of a "full consciousness" means you have opened your Third Eye fully meaning you have developed and refined your consciousness!
The development of a "full consciousness" means:
-you are integrated and balanced and have developed your consciousness on all three levels!
- you see life from an "Integrated Full Spectrum Prism Synthesis Consciousness" and not from a limited lenses consciousness!
- you see life from the your Spiritual / Christ / Buddha / Krishna / Mohammed / Moses / Lao Tse / Zoroaster / Integrated Ascended Master / God / Goddess Mind, and not from the negative ego / lower self / fear-based / separative / selfish / self-centered / lower-self desire / materialistic / victim consciousness mind!
- you cause your reality and you are not an effect. You are a Master, and not a victim.
- you know yourself which means you consciously are aware of what your subconscious mind is doing, and you are the master of your subconscious mind, and have completely reprogrammed your subconscious mind.
- you know how to properly parent your inner child and do so.
-you practice what you preach, walk your talk, and are in complete integrity in all that you do.
- you only make conscious decisions in life and you never do anything, and I mean anything without making a conscious choice to do it.
- you own your personal power and self-mastery at all times.
- you are unconditionally loving at all times to self and others and of course God/dess!
- you are consistent and in alignment in all your bodies so there is never a split where your conscious mind thinks, says or does something and the subconscious mind and behavior do the opposite!
-you are decisive in everything you do and never fall into indecision, confusion or conflict and if you start to, you immediately correct this!
- you are Spiritually vigilant at all times and never ever fall into automatic pilot!
- you never say you are going to do something, and not do it!
- that when you make a decision to do something, or when you say something, or make a decision about something, you look at this situation from all angles and lenses to make sure there are no negative ramifications! Most people on Earth make decisions, but do not do it from "full consciousness! They are hence not consistent and in alignment on all levels. They did not check out in advance all the ramifications of their actions. One could say they are caught in a single lens. Or they are short sighted! They do things for a specific reason, but they do not do things looking at all the reasons that must be considered. Hence, one could say they see the little picture and not the big picture.
- one clears up to their highest potential all their Spiritual, psychological and physical Earthly blind spots and deafness. Most people on Earth are filled with this, and know it not! It is like what Sananda/Jesus, Lord Maitreya and the Christ said so beautifully "Don't try and take the speck out of the eye of your brother when you have a beam in your own eye!
- to have an efficient perception of reality and not seeing what you want to see or seeing what you have been programmed to see.
- stepping out of mass consciousness and seeing life and every situation through the lens of God, Christ, the Holy Spirit, the Mighty I AM Presence and the inner plane Ascended Masters!
-having the right attitude and perspective in all situations. It means interpreting your lessons and Spiritual tests properly! It means letting go of all psychological baggage, personal agendas, wrong motivations and impure desires!
- not only being aware and conscious, but using your will to implement your consciousness, otherwise you will be like people who say, "ignorance is bliss." This is a state of consciousness of awareness without mastery!
- applying, being, demonstrating, embodying that which you know, otherwise, "wisdom without application results in separation!
- not jumping to conclusions or assumptions and developing right perception.
- being right with self first, then right with God/dess, and then right with all other relationships.
- never doing a single thing in life without having a good reason for doing it. Many people do things without any reason. They are doing things like a chicken with their head cut-off!
- not doing things just because you feel it is right, but because you make a conscious Integrated Full Spectrum Prism Consciousness choice that it is right to do! Most people on Earth do not create their ife out of "conscious choice" at all times! They flow with their programming, or do what they feel, they do not create their life from a state of "full consciousness!
- merging fully with your Superconscious Mind, and Universal Mind and Oversoul so you think and hence see every choice you make from their perspective!
- merging with the inner plane Ascended Masters, Archangels and Angels, Spirit-attuned Extraterrestrials and Elohim Masters, so you see every situation from the "full consciousness" perspective they see life from!
- seeing and living your life from all 12 Archetypes being mastered, integrated and balanced!
- seeing every situation of life from all 12 Sephiroth on the Tree of Life.
- seeing life from the perspective of the Three-Fold Flame and not just one flame or two flames!
- developing a flawless character and seeing life from this perspective.
- seeing all situations in life from a fully opened Third Eye, which is a state of "full consciousness!"
- realizing and never forgetting for a moment that there are three levels of enlightenment not just one! There is Spiritual enlightenment, the enlightenment of a fully realized consciousness, and physical/Earthly enlightenment that comes from developing physical/Earthly mastery, and learning to fully realize Integrated Full Spectrum Prism Consciosness through the Material Face as well as completing one's Spiritual mission and puzzle piece in life! It also comes from developing one's 12 strands of DNA!

I have already spoken of Spiritual enlightenment, and what it is to start this lesson and chapter. The prime focus of this chapter and lesson is to explain what enlightenment is on a conscious and psychological level, or what "full consciousness" in a God, Christ and Holy Spirit sense is! If you remember only one thing the rest of your life, remember this, there are three levels of enlightenment and the most important one is to develop "full consciousness! I have talked extensively in my channelings and writings as to what happens if one develops themselves Spiritually or in an Earthly sense, but does not have a "fully developed consciousness! This results in the fall, corruption, self-deception, lack of integration, imbalance, fragmentation, false prophets, false teachers, wolves in sheep's clothing, whited sepulchers filled with dead men's bones, twilight masters, cult leaders, modern day Pharisees and Sadducees disintegrated channels, teachers and so called Spiritual scientists and psychics!
Let your goal be to develop a "full consciousness," then Spiritual and physical/Earthly enlightenment! Otherwise all your Spiritual gifts, talents, abilities, channelings, psychic senses, teachings, will become contaminated with the contagion of an undeveloped and unrefined consciousness! If you only remember one thing on the Spiritual path and forget everything else, remember this one thought: Consciousness affects everything and I mean everything!
If I had to pick out one thing above all else that has been the humble key to my success, in achieving my 23/24 levels of initiation and Lightbody it is that, I built my Church and Temple of God on the foundation of a highly developed and refined consciousness first, which allowed me to develop myself Spiritually in a much quicker and easier fashion that was not contaminated by the same degree of blindness and deafness! It is because of the development and refinement of my consciousness that I have been able to pass my Spiritual tests and lessons properly which allowed me to take the initiations I have!
By developing and refining my consciousness and developing a "full consciousness" it allowed me to be given much greater Spiritual leadership than most and allowed Spirit and the Ascended Masters to accelerate my initiation and Lightbody anchoring process much faster than anyone else on Earth, because they knew I had developed and refined my consciousness in such a humble and full way that they knew I would not abuse it!
The development of a "full consciousness" also made it much easier to anchor my Spiritual mission on Earth for when one develops a "full consciousness" one is not only right with self and right with God, one is right with other people! One then develops excellent communication skills, Spiritual leadership skills, charisma, co-creative abilities, yin and yang balance, attunement to the Tao, ability to surrender to Father/Mother God's Will, and get the negative ego will out of the way, maintain oneness with God/dess in terms of one's moment to moment realization! One then also develops wisdom on all seven levels, which is crucial for one sees through their mind not through their eyes!

Is crucial to having clear vision on all levels. This allows the greater development of Active Intelligence or wisdom that is functional on the physical/Earthly plane. Most Spiritual leaders and Lightworkers have a very limited wisdom! They have developed wisdom on one or two levels and some three or four levels, but because they don't have wisdom on all seven levels, they invariably fall from grace and fall down the Spiritual ladder or remain stagnant in their evolution. This is the reason why there is so incredibly much blindness and deafness Spiritually, psychologically and on a physical/Earthly level in this world! The entire world is blind and deaf, psychologically speaking, including the so called Spiritual leaders and they don't realize it! They think because they are awakened or enlightened on one level or two levels, or have wisdom in some of the seven areas, that this makes them an Integrated Ascended Master. What this makes them is a fragmented, disintegrated, corrupted, contaminated, partially blind, partially deaf Spiritual leader who thinks they are an Integrated Ascended Master and thinks they are enlightened, but they are not! There is nothing worse than this and nothing more dangerous than this. This is the sorry state the so called Spiritual leadership the world finds itself in.
My Beloved Readers, none of this is meant as criticism, it is just a loving Spiritual discernment and observation of the reality of the consciousness of the New Age Movement and our world in relationship to the Spiritual ideal we are speaking of which is "full consciousness! The only way to develop "full consciousness" is to see where blindness and deafness lie. It is for this reason Spirit, the Masters and I are pointing out the true reality of the world as it now stands. Spiritual leaders in this world have developed some degree of Spiritual enlightenment, and psychic enlightenment and even some physical/Earthly enlightenment; however, they are deaf and blind to the fact that they have missed the most important level of enlightenment which is the development of "full consciousness" enlightenment! This is what Lord Buddha developed as he sat under the Bodhi Tree! This is what we all need to achieve.
