You are never alone, or without help or guidance, counsel or advice. You need but purely and earnestly ask a question and God will answer you, directly and immediately. The answer may come in an unexpected form, but it will come.Your only job then will be to not ignore it;
to see it for what it is. For all you know these very words may be an answer to your question about whether God is even listening to you or offering you guidance.

It you want to be clear about this answer, simply write your question, condition, or problem down on a piece of paper tonight, then pick up the paper tomorrow morning and compose a calm, wisdom-filled response.Don't be surprised if you surprise yourself with the answer you receive.

...that all that Life asks is that you move through Life with a reverence for Life.
Yet this reverence for Life must be displayed in all things. Even in the littlest things. Perhaps especially so. For instance, if you choose to consume animals, do you limit your purchases of flesh to cook to only those suppliers who treat animals humanely? Do you even know who those suppliers are? Does this matter to you? How you treat other Life Forms does matter. It says something about how you want Life to be.
You see, we are creating all of this. All of this.

Stand your ground. There is a way of doing that without having to be combative. There is a way of hanging on to your true self, and demonstrating it, without resorting to aggression. But giving up and giving in is not the way. Simply and quietly claiming your right to be You is the way.

Sam Walton said that, and he was right. If you direct the activities of others, have you given them a compliment today? Have you told them how valuable they are? If they are not valuable, why do you have them working for you? If they are, why would you not tell them?

It can be difficult to experience this joy over the death of a lovedone, and sadness is both perfectly natural and very "okay." Yet know this: your Beloved is celebrating Continuation Day. This is the most glorious experience you could possibly imagine. It is, truly, heaven!
And there is this: You will once again reunite with the soul of this loved one. Nor will you ever be separate even now, for their Essence flies to you at your very thought of them. I would not tell you this were it not true.

You always have a reason--and usually, a pretty good one-- for doing what you are doing and choosing what you are choosing. Be careful not to convince yourself that you are doing something against your will. Such a thing is impossible.
Therefore, be honest with yourself as to why you are choosing to do a particular thing. Then, do it gladly, knowing that you are always getting to do what you want. The statement "I have no choice" is a lie. You can choose. You simply do not prefer the alternatives available to you, for whatever reason. So you select the outcome that you most prefer. Isn't that power?

Do you know that? I mean, do you really know that? Because if you do, you will move through life without fear. You will know that only Perfection can occur. Yes, yes, I know, sometimes the things that occur don't look perfect...but that is only a matter of perspective.
Because you can't see Perfection does not mean it is not there. Give it Time. It will show itself for sure. Then you will again smile at God's love...and how it plays out. For now, trust that it will. Always. And in all ways. I would not tell you this were it not true.

I know, I know...this is a difficult one. But it is true. Yet this does not mean no one wants your help, or that noone could use your help. It simply means the thought that another Aspect of Divinity is powerless without you is inaccurate. Do not do something, therefore, because you think someone else needs you. That only builds resentment. Do whatever you do as a means of deciding, declaring, creating, and experiencing who you are--and who you choose to be. Then you will never feel victimized, powerless, or without choice.
Yes? You see how simple it all is? Get out of victimhood.

..that the greatest enemy of individual freedom is the individual himself. Saul Alinsky said that, and he was right. In almost every case, nothing is stopping you, nothing is holding you back but your own thoughts about yourself and about "how life is." Your personal freedom to experience yourself and life as you wish is not being limited. Step into your choices and stop telling yourself that you can't, when what you really mean is that you don't want other people to feel the way you think that are going to feel when they see you making the choices you really want to make.

I don't think so. In fact, that would miss the point of all of life.
And while we are thinking of family...could we think of all people as members of our family? Now there's a thought that would change the world overnight...

The Bhagavad Gita says that, and it is right. This scripture means that when all creatures are living in the illusion of darkness, the sage sees things as they really are, and awakes to that vision, praising the perfection.
Conversely, what the world calls "day" (or "bright" or "real") is an illusion...the "night of ignorance"...to the wise person who sees how pointless and worthless the shiny stuff of life that most people seek truly is.
Peer deeply into the darkness, then, and you will see the light. Yet turn away from the brightness of what others call "day", for they mistake the bright for the good.

How long has it been since you paid attention -- real attention -- to your soul? There are many ways to nourish the soul, but you often must stop, just simply stop, life as you are living it...if only for an hour or a day or a week...and take some time to gift your soul. Or, more accurately, to allow your soul to gift you.
Is there a book you have been dying to read? A personal growth workshop you wish you could take? A lecture you hope you can fit into your busy life? Do it. Do it now. You think you can't afford the time or the money? I tell you, you can't afford not to.

On this day of your life, I believe God wants you to know.....that there are few tools more effective or more useful in achieving deep knowing, true joy, and inner peace than daily meditation. It would be very beneficial to take 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening -- more if you can find it -- to be quiet with your Holy Self. Your consciousness can be dramatically expanded over a relatively short period of time with true dedication to such a gentle discipline.
Are you meditating regularly? Is it the first thing you cut out of your day if things start off, or begin to get, hectic? It should, of course, be the last thing.

Hellen Keller said that, and she was right. There is a situation in your life right now where you are being asked to do your best, your very best. Maybe it is in finding forgiveness for another. Or is understanding something that you just haven't been able to understand. Or in accepting what has to this point felt unacceptable.
Whatever that situation (and you know exactly what it is right now)...are you doing the best that you can? If you are, so be it, and good. Yet if you think you might do better, allow this little nudge today to be your gift from the soul. A miracle awaits if you will reach back now and do your very, very, very best in this.
